The Rochlitz Sparkassen Shot Put Meeting is the largest top-level sporting event in the district of Central Saxony. Many outstanding performances have already been achieved in the Regenbogen sports hall. Every year, numerous Olympic, World Championship, and European Championship medalists take part in this event, which also serves as a qualifying opportunity for major international events such as World and European Championships. The sports hall is sold out every year with 500 fans. By reserving your ticket, you are helping the athletes and organizers to cover all costs.

In 2026, the Rochlitz Shot Put Meeting will also be one of over 50 stops on the “World Athletics Indoor Tour” for the fourth time, a global event organized by the Stockholm-based organization of the same name, “World Athletics.”
